FAQ

  • What process do you use for cleaning carpets and rugs?

We begin by vacuuming your carpets/rugs to remove loose dirt. We then use an eco-friendly pre-cleaning solution to release ground-in dirt. The temperature used combined with the solution will penetrate deep into your carpet or rug. We follow this with high-volume water extraction and if necessary, rotary cleaners to wash away the liquefied dirt and contaminants.

  • What is your process for cleaning upholstery?

We begin by vacuuming your upholstery to remove loose dirt. We then apply spot treatment for particularly soiled areas, followed by steam cleaning to penetrate deep into the fibers without oversaturating them.

  • Do carpets take a long time to dry?

Carpets will take from 3-6 hours to dry. We recommended replacing furniture 24 hours after the cleaning process.

  • How long do rugs take to dry?

Rugs are cleaned at one of our Sioux Falls locations and depending on the fabric, may take anywhere from 2- 12 hours to dry. We air dry rugs to prevent shrinkage.

  • Can you remove stubborn stains from my carpets, rugs and upholstery?

Yes. First, we will examine your carpets, rugs and upholstery and attempt to identify the type of stains (pet, makeup, wine etc.). We select the appropriate eco-friendly cleaners to apply spot treatment, followed by a rotary carpet cleaner to gently extract the contaminants.

  • Are your cleaning products safe for my family/workers/clients/pets?

Yes, we use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are free from harmful chemicals and carcinogens.

  • Can you guarantee my carpets, rugs and upholstery will be cleaned to my satisfaction?

If you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, we will return as soon as possible to fix the issue. Please note, this guarantee does not apply to permanent stains and highly soiled fabrics.
